Step 1. Type

Which should I choose?

Rolls: Printed using a thermal ribbon, these labels come wrapped on a core. Used mostly with a Label Applicator.

Sheets: Printed using a laser printing process, these labels come on sheets that are the size of a standard piece of white paper. These are great if you want to save space, they can be filed away for future use, and the printing will look sharper due to the printing process.

Tags: Also printed using a thermal ribbon, tags come wrapped on a core and are printed on a thicker card stock. Tags also have application holes which allow the tag to be affixed to your product by string, plastic tag, or a pin.

Step 2. Label Size

We offer a variety of label sizes.

Choose your label size based on the following:

  • Product Size – (Can the label I choose fit on my product?)
  • Information on Label - (How many Lines? Do I need more room?)
  • Where it’s being scanned - (Retail uses smaller labels while Warehouses use larger labels)
  • What size does the store I’m going in recommend/demand? – (All Sizes will be accepted by Amazon, however some stores demand certain sizes. Please check with the store you plan on going into to make sure you have the correct size label)

Our most popular sizes are the 1.50” x 0.50” and 1.50” x 0.75” labels.

The smallest label we offer is a 1.00” x 0.50” label available on Laser Sheets and the largest label we have is a 4.00” x 2.00” most commonly used for shipping container labels.

Step 3. Layout

Layouts

Layouts are previews of what your label will look like.

Choose a layout that best describes what you would like on your label.

Adding a SKU # or Product Name to your label can help you easily tell the difference between products without focusing on the barcode number.

Don’t see a layout you like – Contact Us!

Step 4. Barcode Number

Barcode Types:

  • UPC – Enter the 12 Digit number you assigned to your product.
  • EAN - Enter the 13 Digit number you assigned to your product.
  • ISBN – Enter the 13 Digit ISBN number you were assigned.
  • Shipping Container Code – Enter the 14 digit number you’ve created for your SCC.

Remember to change the “Type” box to the bar code symbology that you are using.

*Do not add any spaces or dashes to your UPC/EAN/SCC Numbers.

If you do not have a UPC/EAN you can purchase one by clicking here.

Include dashes.

Step 5. Add Text

Text Fields

Fields are limited by the maximum amount of characters that can fit on the line.

If a field is left blank, it will print blank without errors.

Remember: Adding a SKU # or Product Name to your label can help you easily tell the difference between products without focusing on the barcode number.
